Monday night, and the festival folks moved it to a smaller theater last
minute. 200 people got locked out. THIS AFTERNOON at 3:30 (lousy time, i
know--but we gotta try to go anyway) at the big theater at Dole Cannery,
the festival is giving away 300 FREE tickets--the folks who bought tickets
will have priority, but after that, first come, first served. go early to
get your tickets. anybody with kupuna should come to the front of the
line.
AND...the festival's giving another chance for the audience (you!) to vote
for the film, just at the screening this afternoon.

i know it's an awkward time, but it can be awesome! it's where the first
screening was supposed to be.
so tell people to come and smuggle in their goodies and let's just turn
friday into a huge party.
the sunday screening is in the other theater and i won't know how many
free tickets are available until friday.

you know what--- i forgot to add that people can still vote for the
audience choice award! it would be incredible if noho hewa won BOTH!
